RETURN AND REFUND

When you receive our products, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind and don't want it anymore. If you choose to refund our products, you will only need to cover shipping costs. That's because we don't encourage unnecessary logistics, and we plant a tree for unsatisfactory orders as well.

In this 30-day trial period, you can initiate a return and get a refund for the products placed in that order. After you send our products back to us and they reach our warehouse, we'll inspect the product's condition, and if they're still like new, we will issue a refund in 7 workdays.

In the event of a defective product, when it's not your fault, we are responsible for the product return and a replacement with no additional costs to you.

Initiating used pages RETURN

You can initiate a shipment of used stone paper pages that were bought from our store. We will cover the shipment costs, but there are some rules, depending on the location that you are sending from:

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia:
Minimum 60 pages. Sending 90+ pages you'll earn a unique 10% discount coupon for your next order.
Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark:
Minimum 80 pages. Sending 120+ pages you'll earn a unique 10% discount coupon for your next order.
Poland, Germany:
Minimum 60 pages. Sending 90+ pages you'll earn a unique 10% discount coupon for your next order.

Initiating order RETURN

Here, you can initiate a return and get a full refund for the products placed in that order. We'll inspect the product's condition, and if they're still like new, we will issue a refund in 7 workdays.
Attention: Please remember that you will be charged a fixed fee for a return, which we will immediately deduct from the amount refunded. Returns fee is €3.9.
